Proposition Development Lead
London (Remote)
Up to £600 (Inside IR35)

We are looking for a Proposition Development lead with experience of Credit Card Product Innovation, to lead the development and innovation of credit card propositions that enhance customer experience, drive commercial success, and stay ahead of market trends. Manage cobrand partnerships, expand acquisition channels, and ensure compliance with Consumer Duty and fair value governance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop customer-focused, competitive credit card products.
• Lead commercial initiatives and project delivery.
• Drive innovation to disrupt and lead the market.
• Optimise distribution through new acquisition channels.
• Manage and enhance cobrand partnerships.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners.
• Ensure product compliance and customer outcome monitoring.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in credit card product development and commercial strategy.
• Skilled in managing external partnerships and cross-functional projects.
• Strong focus on customer outcomes and business performance.
• Uderstanding of product ecognomics

Desirable:

• Understanding of P&L and financial metrics.
• Ability to influence senior leadership and drive strategic initiatives.
