A highly respected, top-tier law firm is seeking a Senior Associate Commercial Property Solicitor to join its dynamic and growing Real Estate team based in London. The Opportunity:


The successful candidate will work on a diverse range of high-quality commercial real estate transactions. Clients include developers, investors, social housing providers, retailers, banks, and financial institutions. You will play a key role in the team, with a clear path for progression and the opportunity to build long-term client relationships.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Handling commercial property sales, purchases, and development projects
  • Advising on asset management and landlord and tenant matters
  • Managing complex real estate finance and secured lending transactions
  • Acting on high-profile investment and development matters
  • Working with a wide variety of clients including major developers and lenders
  • Supporting junior team members and contributing to business development efforts


Requirements:

  • Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales with strong commercial property experience (likely 5+ PQE)
  • Proven background in managing a full spectrum of real estate matters
  • Confident in handling complex transactions independently
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong commercial acumen and client management experience
  • A track record of business development and building client relationships
  • Technically proficient with strong organisational skills and attention to detail
