A respected regional law firm is looking to appoint a Property Litigation Solicitor to join its established Reading office.

About the Role

You will handle a varied and high-quality caseload of property litigation matters, acting for a broad client base that includes commercial landlords, developers, investors, and private individuals. Work will include lease disputes, landlord and tenant issues, rights of way, boundary disputes, dilapidations, and development-related disputes. The role offers excellent exposure and the opportunity to work closely with experienced partners in a collaborative environment.

What We're Looking For

• Qualified Solicitor with 2-5 years' PQE in property disputes / property litigation.
  * Strong technical ability with a practical, commercial mindset.
  * Confident managing files independently while contributing to team matters.
  * Excellent communication skills and a client-focused approach.
