The Role
The firm is seeking a bright, motivated, and commercially-minded NQ - 1PQE solicitor to join its dynamic Property Litigation team. This presents a fantastic opportunity for a junior lawyer with a passion for real estate disputes to gain exposure to high-quality work within a supportive and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities
* Advising clients on a broad range of real estate disputes, including:
o Landlord and tenant matters (lease renewals, forfeiture, dilapidations)
o Development-related disputes (rights to light, restrictive covenants)
o Possession claims and trespass
o Boundary and title disputes
o Enforcement of property rights and contractual obligations
* Working closely with transactional real estate teams to provide strategic advice and support
* Drafting pleadings, correspondence, witness statements, and court documents
* Attending court hearings, mediations, and client meetings
* Building strong client relationships and contributing to business development
