A respected and long-established regional law firm is seeking to appoint a Property Litigation Senior Associate to join its successful Surrey office.

About the Role

You will handle a broad range of property litigation matters for both commercial and private clients, while building and managing a personal caseload. The role includes contributing to business development through networking and seminars, maintaining excellent standards of client care, working collaboratively with colleagues across departments, and developing specialist expertise

What We're Looking For

• Qualified Solicitor with 5+ years' PQE in dispute resolution / litigation.
• Strong technical skills with a pragmatic, commercial approach.
• Confidence managing matters independently and contributing to complex team cases.
• Excellent communication skills and a strong client-focused mindset.
• Ambition to develop a long-term career within a growing disputes practice.
