The Role

You'll manage a mixed caseload of:

• Residential property transactions (sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity)
• Commercial property matters (leases, acquisitions, disposals, landlord & tenant work)
• Client contact and relationship management
• Supporting junior team members and contributing to team development
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory standards
• Participating in business development and networking initiatives

What They're Looking For

• Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with 3+ years' PQE
• Experience in both residential and commercial property law
• Strong client care and communication skills
• Ability to manage files independently and work collaboratively
• Commercial awareness and a proactive mindset
