Project Manager - Telecom Operations Engagement - Government - DV Clearance

I have an immediate opportunity for an experience Project Manager to join a high-impact delivery team supporting national security and public safety. This role sits within a programme responsible for enabling secure and compliant access to communications data, working closely with law enforcement and intelligence partners. You would be responsible for building strong relationships and engagement with Telecom providers to manage the ongoing rollout of new capabilities, overseeing complex workstreams, and ensuring operational continuity in a highly regulated environment.

Due to the urgency and sensitivity of the role, candidates with active DV clearance would be preferred.

• Experience of building and maintaining partnerships with Telecom Operators
• Strong knowledge of communications data
• Previous experience working with law enforcement and intelligence agencies
• Solid knowledge and experience of the Investigatory Powers Act 2016
• Ability to manage end-to-end technical programmes and complex stakeholder relationships
• Previous experience of managing multi-skillsed teams across different organisations
• Flexibility to work 1 day onsite in London
