Are you a highly experienced Project Manager looking for your next challenge? We're partnering with a rapidly expanding global science organisation that needs your expertise to integrate newly acquired laboratory facilities.

This is a critical role, where you'll lead the coordination and integration of these new labs into a broader, more scalable operating model. You'll be instrumental in developing and executing comprehensive integration plans covering people, processes, systems, and governance. This means working cross-functionally with global teams, ensuring seamless alignment between operational, scientific, and commercial stakeholders.

We envision this as an initial 8-12 week engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and deliver complex, cross-functional integration projects.

• Develop and execute detailed integration plans.

• Manage stakeholders across global operational, scientific, and commercial teams.

• Implement structured planning, robust risk management, and clear reporting.

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience delivering complex, cross-functional projects.

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

• A structured and pragmatic approach to planning, risk management, and reporting.

• Previous experience in M&A integration is desirable but not essential.

• Experience within a scientific, technical, or operational environment is advantageous.
