Project Manager - Digital Recruitment Solutions - ATS - Public Sector - SC Clearance

I have an immediate opportunity for a Project Manager to manage the transition of an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) solution for a government client.

Due to the nature of the role and urgency involved, candidates with active SC clearance will be preferred.

This is a high-impact role that involves managing the end-to-end transition between suppliers while ensuring minimal disruption to service, full functionality of the new platform, and stakeholder readiness across their internal HR teams.

• Background in Project delivery, particularly involving system or platform transitions
• Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) or Digital Recruitment platforms
• Strong familiarity with project delivery frameworks (e.g. PRINCE2, Agile)
• Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, able to work effectively across technical, operational, and supplier teams based across different locations globally
• Confidence in creating and managing detailed project documentation and timelines
• Awareness of digital functionality and service assurance, with the ability to validate performance against requirements
• Experience in delivering or coordinating training and change initiatives
