Henderson Scott are recruiting for 2 Project Managers to join a leading public sector organisation's Estates team. This is a 6-month contract, umbrella only and remote with travel.

You'll be part of a team managing a diverse national estate of hundreds of sites, delivering a range of building, refurbishment, and fit-out projects. This role will see you taking projects from business case through to completion, ensuring delivery on time, budget, compliance and quality.

Key experience required:

• Proven track record of managing construction, refurbishment, and fit-out projects.

• Strong knowledge of CDM regulations, health & safety, and building legislation.

• Skilled in contract management (JCT/NEC) and procurement.

• Ability to lead stakeholders, consultants, and contractors to successful project outcomes.
