Project Manager / Business Analyst - 6 month contract - Glasgow Hybrid (3 days onsite)

Are you a Project Manager / Business Analyst looking for your next challenge in Glasgow?

I am looking for someone to help lead and shape workstreams that support AI adoption, from integrating third-party tools to building internal AI capabilities. The role exists to provide clear, data-driven insight that supports decision making across software engineering and wider business teams.

As Project Manager / Business Analyst you will manage and analyse a portfolio of workstreams focused on AI adoption and supporting software engineering initiatives to improve functionality across the business. This will include coordinating delivery across multiple teams while turning large datasets into insight that guides decisions. You'll work closely with stakeholders across the business to clarify requirements, define solutions and ensure outcomes are aligned with their priorities.

• Experience working in a combined Project Manager / Business Analyst capacity in corporate environments.
• Background in delivering projects or programmes within software engineering or closely related areas.
• Strong critical thinking skills with the ability to ask questions, interpret complex information and propose clear solutions.
• Proven experience influencing and managing stakeholders across multiple teams and locations.
• Confidence working with large datasets and turning analysis into clear, data-driven recommendations.
• Experience with ServiceNow and/or Snowflake would be beneficial.
• An interest in AI and its adoption in corporate settings, with AI knowledge beneficial but not essential.

The role is hybrid, requiring three days per week onsite in Glasgow. Therefore, applicants should be able to reliably commute to the Glasgow office on those days.
