The Opportunity
We are seeking experienced Project Cost Controllers and Schedulers to join our growing team in Stevenage. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in shaping project success, working within a dynamic environment where your skills in scheduling, cost loading, and baseline management will make a real impact.

What You'll Do

• Develop, maintain, and monitor project schedules using Primavera P6.

• Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders to gather requirements and align project timelines.

• Track progress against milestones and deliverables, ensuring projects remain on schedule.

• Analyse project data and prepare reports to support decision-making, forecasting, and risk management.

• Provide expert scheduling and project controls support, promoting best practice across teams.

• Identify risks, potential delays, and opportunities for improvement, recommending corrective actions where necessary.

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience as a Project Controller, Cost Controller, or Project Planner.

• Proficiency in Primavera P6, with a solid understanding of cost loading and baseline management.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent attention to detail.

• Effective communication and stakeholder engagement skills, able to collaborate across teams.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Background in defence, engineering, or complex manufacturing projects is highly advantageous.
