Programme Manager - Digital Integration - Government - SC Clearance

I have an immediate opportunity for an experienced Programme Manager to lead the delivery of a major Digital contract replacement, associated transition activity and a multi-domain transformation. You will coordinate digital integration across several government bodies and align this with future contractual arrangements and operating models. The role carries significant strategic visibility in a secure environment with strong dependencies on wider transformation initiatives.

Due to the urgency and nature of the role, successful candidates will be sole British Nationals who ideally hold active SC clearance.

This will suit someone who has

• Experience leading large-scale transformation programmes within government / public sector.
• Background in defence, including procurement and contract management would be preferred.
• Track record delivering strategic digital, IT and broader business change initiatives.
• Strong skills in programme governance, assurance and benefits management.
• Familiarity with government approvals and governance processes.
• Experience delivering large contracts with lifetime values of around £400m or more.
• Exposure to major operating model change comparable to large mergers, acquisitions or enterprise integration programmes.
• Supplier management and commercial negotiation experience in complex service environments.
• MSP and PRINCE2 qualifications.
• Flexibility to work onsite 3 days per week
