Private Wealth Legal Director

You'll lead on complex private client matters while shaping the delivery of exceptional legal services. You'll work closely with colleagues across our Reading office and wider network, advising clients on wills, trusts, probate, and lasting powers of attorney, and playing a key role in business development and client relationship management.
Your day-to-day will include:

• Managing a varied caseload of wills, trusts, probate, and lasting powers of attorney
• Ensuring all client work progresses efficiently, keeping clients informed on progress, fees, and disbursements
• Actively promoting the firm through marketing events, networking, and writing for internal and external publications
• Supporting colleagues and contributing to the strategic growth of the private wealth team

We're Looking For

• Significant experience in private wealth or private client law, ideally at senior associate or director level
• Strong technical expertise in wills, trusts, probate, and LPAs
• Excellent communication and client relationship skills
• A proactive, collaborative approach with the ability to lead and inspire others
• A commercial outlook, confident in contributing to business development initiatives
