Private Client Lawyer (Solicitor or Legal Executive)

Level: 3+ PQE
Contract: Full-time - Permanent
Full Remuneration Package: £60,000-£80,000 DOE

A well-established firm in Kent is seeking an experienced Private Client Lawyer (Solicitor or Legal Executive) to join its supportive and growing team in Maidstone.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative department where you will benefit from strong administrative support while maintaining autonomy over your own caseload.

The Role

You will advise clients on a broad range of private client matters including:

• Wills and estate planning

• Probate and estate administration

• Trusts

• Lasting Powers of Attorney

You will be responsible for managing your own caseload while delivering a high level of client care. The role offers a balance of independence and teamwork, supported by experienced paralegals and legal secretaries.

About You

• Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive

• 3+ years' PQE (or equivalent experience)

• Strong technical knowledge across Wills, Probate, Trusts and LPAs

• Confident managing matters independently

• Organised, proactive and results-driven

• Excellent communication and client care skills
