We are currently seeking a Private Client Solicitor (NQ - 10+ PQE) to join a highly regarded and growing team based in High Wycombe.

This is an excellent opportunity for either a newly qualified solicitor looking to build a strong foundation, or a more experienced lawyer seeking high-quality work and greater involvement in complex matters. The firm offers the support and infrastructure to train and develop junior lawyers, as well as the platform for senior individuals to play a key role in an already thriving caseload.

The team benefits from an exceptional and consistent flow of work, largely driven by strong internal referrals and the firm's established reputation. You will have exposure to high net worth clients (£2m-£10m+) and a broad range of complex private client matters, with a strong focus on tax planning, estate structuring, and trust work.

The Role Will Involve:

• Advising high net worth individuals on complex estate and tax planning matters
• Drafting wills, including life interest and discretionary trusts
• Administering both testate and intestate estates
• Advising on and setting up lifetime trusts, and assisting with ongoing trust administration
• Preparing and advising on powers of attorney (lasting, general, and advanced directives)
• Working on matters with cross-border elements

About You:

• Qualified Solicitor (NQ - 10+ PQE)
• Experience in private client work, or a strong desire to specialise in this area
• Interest in working with high net worth clients and complex matters
• STEP qualification is desirable; however, support will be provided for those looking to undertake it
