Private Wealth Solicitor / Legal Executive

Location: Bournemouth
Experience: 1-4 PQE (guide)
Contract: Full-time (flexible/part-time considered)
Full Remuneration Package: £55,000-£80,000 DOE

The Role

You will manage a varied caseload:

• Wills and estate planning

• Lasting Powers of Attorney

• Estate administration

• Inheritance Tax (IHT) and Capital Gains Tax (CGT) planning

• Creation, administration and winding up of trusts

• Succession planning for high-net-worth clients

You will also:

• Build and maintain long-term client relationships

• Support and mentor junior team members

• Contribute to marketing and business development initiatives

About You

• Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive

• Ideally 1-4 years' PQE (or equivalent experience)

• Experience managing a private client caseload

• Strong communication skills and a client-focused approach

• Interest in business development and networking
