An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Private Client Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive to join a well-established and highly regarded Wills, Trusts & Probate team based in Epping.
This role offers flexibility, with full-time or part-time hours available, and the chance to work within a supportive and professional environment dedicated to delivering exceptional client care.

The Role

You will advise on a broad range of private client matters, including:

• Drafting simple and complex Wills
• Powers of Attorney
• Court of Protection matters
• Probate and estate administration
• Trust creation and administration
• Inheritance Tax (IHT) planning
• Estate planning
• Advice for elderly and vulnerable clients

About You

• Minimum 3 years PQE with experience across a wide spectrum of private client work
• STEP qualification preferred
• Strong technical knowledge and attention to detail
• Excellent client management skills
• Personable, compassionate and confident approach
• Ability to handle sensitive matters with professionalism and empathy
