Position: Junior Solicitor - Private Client (0-2 PQE)
Salary: £38,000 - £45,000 per annum (reviewable after 6-month probation)
Working Arrangement: Office-based with some flexibility

An established and respected North London law firm is seeking a Junior Private Client Solicitor (0-2 PQE) to join their growing team. The firm has seen a consistent increase in new enquiries and now requires additional support within their busy Private Client department.

This is an excellent opportunity for a newly qualified or junior solicitor to gain exposure to a broad range of private client work, including Wills, Probate, Estate Administration, Trusts and Powers of Attorney. You will be joining a friendly and experienced team who provide high-quality legal services with a personal touch.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing a varied caseload under supervision, including Wills, Probate, LPAs and Estate Administration.
• Drafting Wills, Deeds of Variation, and other associated documents.
• Advising clients on inheritance tax planning and estate structuring.
• Liaising with executors, beneficiaries, and financial institutions.
• Handling applications for Grants of Probate and Letters of Administration.
• Supporting senior solicitors on complex matters and contributing to team development.

Requirements:

• 0-2 years' PQE in Private Client (applications from NQs will be considered).
• Strong technical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent client care and communication abilities.
• A genuine interest in developing a career in Private Client work.
• Ability to manage time effectively and work both independently and collaboratively.
