Private Client Solicitor / Chartered Legal Executive

Location: Cranbrook, Kent
Contract: Full-time
Full Remuneration Package: £60,000-£80,000 DOE

A well-regarded firm is seeking a Private Client Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive (FCILEx) to join its friendly Cranbrook office on a full-time basis.

The Role

You will manage a varied private client caseload including:

• Wills and estate planning

• Probate and estate administration

• Trusts

• Lasting Powers of Attorney

Alongside your caseload, you will:

• Provide clear, empathetic legal advice and maintain strong client relationships

• Manage billing, cashflow and time recording to meet targets

• Support marketing and networking initiatives to promote the firm's services

• Ensure compliance with Lexcel standards and regulatory requirements

About You

• Ideally 2+ years' PQE (or equivalent experience)

• Confident managing files independently while collaborating with colleagues

• Strong communication and client care skills

• Target-driven with a proactive and professional approach

• Comfortable using technology and committed to continuous learning
