Private Client Solicitor - Winchester
A well-established, boutique law firm with offices across the South is seeking an experienced Private Client Solicitor to join its respected and friendly team based in Winchester.

This is a full-time, office-based position, ideal for a skilled and personable solicitor who values high-quality work, a supportive team culture, and a strong client service ethos.

The Role:
The successful candidate will manage a varied caseload of private client matters, including:

• Wills and succession planning
• Probate and estate administration
• Inheritance tax and estate planning
• Trusts
• Powers of Attorney and Court of Protection matters

The role offers the opportunity to work within a long-established team, handling high-quality work with a loyal client base.

The Ideal Candidate Will:

• Be a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with a minimum of 3 years' PQE in private client work
• Be capable of managing files independently with minimal supervision
• Have excellent communication skills and a client-focused approach
• Be well-organised with strong attention to detail
• Ideally be STEP qualified or working towards STEP accreditation (desirable, not essential)
