An award-winning Legal 500 law firm with a strong presence in the UK and internationally is looking to recruit a fluent Turkish-speaking Private Client Solicitor for its growing team in London. This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified solicitor with a passion for Private Client work and the ability to provide bilingual legal services to a well-established Turkish-speaking client base.

The Role:
You will manage a diverse caseload covering a full range of private client matters including wills, probate, trusts, powers of attorney, estate administration, and Court of Protection work. You will provide legal advice and support to individuals and families, often with cross-border considerations, in both English and Turkish.
Key Responsibilities:

• Handling a broad caseload of Private Client work including wills, probate, LPAs, trusts, and estate planning
• Advising clients in both English and Turkish on tax planning and personal wealth matters
• Drafting legal documentation in both languages to a high standard
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and professional contacts
• Collaborating with other Turkish-speaking professionals within the firm
• Supporting the development and marketing of the department, particularly to Turkish-speaking audiences

Key Requirements:

• Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales (all levels of PQE welcome)
• Fluent in spoken and written Turkish
• Experience handling a wide range of private client matters independently
• Strong understanding of personal taxation and estate planning
• Excellent communication, drafting, and client care skills
• Commercially aware and proactive with a strong focus on business development
• Enthusiastic about engaging with the Turkish-speaking community and growing a client base
