Private Client Solicitor
A well-established legal firm is seeking a Private Client Solicitor to join its team across either Colchester, Clacton, or Braintree. The successful candidate will manage a varied caseload covering wills, probate, estate administration, trusts, and lasting powers of attorney, with a focus on delivering high-quality, tailored legal advice.
Your day-to-day will include:

• Managing a varied caseload of private client matters, including wills, probate, estate administration, trusts, and LPAs
• Meeting with clients to take instructions, provide tailored legal advice, and maintain ongoing communication
• Drafting legal documents, preparing correspondence, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations
• Liaising with colleagues, financial advisors, and external stakeholders to support client outcomes and case progression

We're Looking For

• 2-3+PQE
• Strong communication and client care skills
• A high level of organisation and the ability to manage files independently
• A collaborative mindset and willingness to support team objectives
• Familiarity with digital case management systems (advantageous but not essential)
