Private Client Solicitor
This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a long-established Godalming law firm approaching its 200th anniversary, offering a balance of autonomy and team support. You will be part of a specialist private client team, dealing with a varied caseload of high-quality work. The role provides exposure to complex matters, the chance to develop your expertise in tax planning and probate, and direct client contact, allowing you to build strong, lasting relationships.
Your day-to-day will include:

• Drafting and reviewing wills, trusts, and other private client documents
• Providing tax planning advice and guidance for clients
• Managing probate matters from start to finish
• Advising on powers of attorney and financial affairs for vulnerable or incapacitated clients

We're Looking For

• A qualified solicitor with strong academics and excellent verbal and written English
• Numerate, self-motivated, and interested in tax and financial matters
• Strong people skills, a can-do attitude, and the ability to manage cases independently
• Experience in private client law is highly desirable
