Private Client Solicitor / CILEX - New Milton
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Hours: 35 hours per week

A well-established, family-run law firm is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Private Client lawyer to join its busy New Milton office. This is an excellent opportunity for a Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Probate Practitioner to become part of a supportive, collaborative team where talent is recognised, and progression is encouraged.

The Role
The successful candidate will manage a varied caseload, undertaking fee-earning work in all aspects of private client services, including:

• Wills and estate planning
• Probate and estate administration
• Trusts and tax planning
• Guardianship
• Lasting Powers of Attorney
• Court of Protection work

They will also contribute to the development of the department, assist colleagues across multiple offices, maintain strong client relationships, and engage in business development to grow their own caseload.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 2+ years PQE (or equivalent experience)
• High standard of work across all areas of private client law
• Proven billing history and ability to manage a busy caseload
• Genuine, caring, and attentive approach to client care
• Strong communication skills and excellent IT proficiency
• Proactive, self-motivated, and team-oriented
