Private Client Solicitor

The successful candidate will manage a broad range of private client matters, including wills, probate, powers of attorney, Court of Protection work, estate planning, and trusts. They will provide clear, empathetic advice to individuals and families, maintaining high standards of client care.
Your day-to-day will include:

• Managing a varied caseload including wills, probate, estate administration, trusts, and powers of attorney
• Advising clients on inheritance tax planning, asset protection, and related legal matters
• Drafting key legal documents such as wills, LPAs, and trust deeds
• Liaising with HMRC, the Probate Registry, and financial institutions throughout the estate administration process

We're Looking For

• A qualified Solicitor with experience in private client work
• Solid understanding of wills, probate, LPAs, trusts, and inheritance tax planning
• Strong communication and client service skills
• Ability to manage a varied caseload independently and effectively
• STEP qualification (or working towards it) is desirable but not essential
