Solicitor - Private Client / Agriculture

A leading regional law firm is seeking a Solicitor to join their Private Client team with a focus on agriculture at their Cheltenham office. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a diverse client base, including farmers, landowners, and family-owned estates, on both traditional private client matters and agricultural estate planning.

The Role:
As part of the Private Client team, you will:

• Advise on estate planning, succession, wills, trusts, and tax-efficient strategies for HNW and farming clients
• Provide specialist advice relating to agricultural estates, including succession planning, farm tenancies, and land management
• Work closely with clients to provide tailored solutions for complex estates and cross-generational planning
• Support business development initiatives and contribute to the growth of the team

Requirements:

• Solicitor (England & Wales qualified) with 2+ years' PQE in private client work, ideally with exposure to agricultural clients
• Strong technical knowledge of wills, trusts, probate, estate administration, and succession planning
• Commercially aware, client-focused, and able to manage complex matters independently
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
