The Role

You will work closely with individuals, families and business owners, providing tailored advice across a wide spectrum of private client matters.

Key Responsibilities

• Advising on wills, probate and estate administration
• Estate and inheritance tax planning
• Trust creation, administration and succession planning
• Lasting Powers of Attorney and wealth preservation matters
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships
• Supporting the continued growth and development of the team

Candidate Requirements

• Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with 8+ years' experience in private client law
• Strong technical knowledge across wills, probate, trusts and estate planning
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• A collaborative and client-focused approach
• STEP qualification or working towards STEP would be advantageous
