Private Client Solicitor
Location: Kent
Experience: 3+ PQE (ideally 4+)
Salary: £55,000+ (DOE)
Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent
Hybrid Working: 3 days office / 2 days remote (junior hires may be required onsite)

A leading law firm in Kent is seeking a dedicated Private Client Solicitor to join its well-regarded Estate Administration team. This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor with 3+ years PQE (ideally 4+) who is looking for a new challenge in a supportive and collaborative environment.

The Role

You will advise and assist clients on a broad range of estate administration matters, including:

• Wills and probate

• Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPA's)

• Deputyships

• Trust administration

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Taking instructions and advising clients with empathy and professionalism

• Drafting relevant legal documents and managing client files with accuracy and compliance

• Handling client queries promptly, both face-to-face and over the phone

• Supporting the growth of the department through business development and networking

About You

• 3+ years PQE (4+ preferred) with experience in private client law

• Client-focused, professional, and approachable

• Strong team player with excellent communication skills

• Proactive and organised, with strong attention to detail
