The Role

As a Private Client Solicitor, you will:

• Advise on complex estate and tax planning, including trusts and wealth structuring.

• Support business succession planning for family-owned and entrepreneurial ventures.

• Manage wills, LPAs, and Court of Protection matters.

• Advise agricultural clients on succession and wealth preservation strategies.

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with high-net-worth clients, business owners, and family clients.

• Contribute to business development and the growth of the team.

We're Looking For

• Qualified Solicitor with 3+ years' PQE in private client law.

• Proven experience advising high-net-worth clients, business owners, and farming families.

• Strong technical knowledge of inheritance tax, trusts, and estate administration.

• Comfortable managing complex asset structures and family dynamics.

• Business development skills, with the ability to maintain and grow client/referrer relationships.

• Confident working independently while contributing to a collaborative team.
