I'm currently working with a well-established and highly regarded law firm in Burgess Hill that is seeking to appoint a Private Client Solicitor to join their busy and expanding team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident and client-focused solicitor to join a friendly and supportive firm with a strong local reputation and a genuinely collegiate working culture.
The Role:
You'll take on a varied and rewarding caseload, including:

• Drafting Wills and Powers of Attorney
• Probate and estate administration
• Court of Protection applications
• Trusts and inheritance tax planning

You'll be supported by experienced colleagues and secretarial support, with opportunities to develop within the team long term.
Candidate Profile:
The ideal candidate will:

• Be a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with 3+ years PQE in Private Client work
• Have strong technical knowledge and attention to detail
• Demonstrate excellent client care and communication skills
• Be capable of managing files autonomously
• STEP membership or working towards it is advantageous
