Private Client Senior Associate/Partner

You'll join a supportive and well-established team, including an Associate Lawyer, two Legal Assistants, and a Consultant. As a senior figure, you'll lead, mentor, and deliver expert advice across a broad range of private client services.
Your day-to-day will include:

• Managing and supporting the Maidenhead team, driving performance and development
• Supervising workflow and mentoring junior staff
• Advising on wills, probate, trusts, LPAs, and tax/succession planning for HNW individuals
• Leading business development and expanding the team's presence across Maidenhead and Windsor

We're Looking For

• A qualified solicitor with 8PQE+ in private client law
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills
• Proven ability to manage complex client matters with care and precision
• A commercial mindset and enthusiasm for business development
• STEP qualification (or working towards) is desirable
