Role Overview

The successful candidate will take a leading role in the development and expansion of the firm's Private Client practice in Oxford. This will include:

• Managing a high-quality caseload of private client matters, including Wills, probate, trusts, estate planning, and high-net-worth advisory work
• Leading on complex and high-value matters, often involving multi-generational wealth and tax planning
• Driving business development initiatives and strengthening the firm's presence in the Oxford market
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and new clients, as well as professional referrers
• Playing a key role in team leadership, mentoring junior lawyers, and contributing to the overall growth strategy of the department
