Private Client Head of Department
This is a rare opportunity to shape and grow your own department within a collaborative, forward-thinking law firm that values people and excellence. You'll lead the Private Client department at our Farnham office, managing a varied caseload while mentoring junior colleagues and driving strategic growth. With a full-time secretary/assistant supporting you, you'll have the autonomy to build a team and deliver outstanding client service.
Your day-to-day will include:

• Handling wills, probate, estate planning, and trusts
• Advising high-net-worth individuals and families
• Overseeing department operations and team development
• Collaborating with other departments to share knowledge and best practice

We're Looking For

• A qualified solicitor with significant experience in private client work
• Strong leadership skills and a desire to build and shape a team
• Excellent client care and communication abilities
• STEP qualification or similar is desirable but not essential
• Previous management experience is a plus
