The Role

Key Responsibilities

• Advising on wills, estate planning and succession matters
• Managing probate and estate administration matters
• Preparing Lasting Powers of Attorney
• Supporting and mentoring junior team members where appropriate
• Delivering a high standard of client care and relationship management

Candidate Requirements

• Qualified Solicitor with 5+ years' experience in private client law
• Strong technical knowledge across wills, probate and estate administration
• Excellent communication and client care skills
• Proactive, organised and able to work both independently and as part of a team
• A collaborative and client-focused approach
