Platform Engineer - Google & Slack - 9 month contract - London (Hybrid)

Are you a Google & Slack Subject Matter Expert ready to drive a major transformation programme? Our client is modernising their collaboration tools, and need someone to help ensure resilience and support strategic initiatives across the business.

Core Outcomes:

• Lead technical direction on Google and Slack integrations, aligning with programme objectives.
• Spearhead requirements discovery to refine architectural needs and readiness.
• Drive integration design and maintain compliance during migration activities.
• Ensure governance, security, and risk alignment across all solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with stakeholders to support programme delivery.
• Serve as a central point of contact between architecture and delivery teams.
• Advocate for security, regulatory, and audit compliance within all designs.
• Manage risks proactively, in sync with the transformation timeline.

Requirements:

• Proven Slack Enterprise Grid experience and integration capabilities.
• Deep knowledge of Google Workspace tools and security controls.
• Skilled in designing API integrations and managing identity and access.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage senior stakeholders.
• Experience in financial services transformation projects would be an added bonus.

Desirable skills include Google Workspace or Slack certifications and experience with other collaboration tools like Atlassian or O365.
