The Role:

  • Run varied caseloads: Manage EL, PL and RTA claims with emphasis on Fast Track work, plus scope for Intermediate and Multi-Track; proven expertise in PI litigation and full MOJ Portal use.
  • Lead complex cases: Deliver effective litigation strategy; prioritise high-volume workloads with case management systems; apply strong negotiation and advocacy skills.
  • Strengthen relationships & collaborate: Provide excellent client care; enhance the firm's national reputation in complex matters; work closely with colleagues to achieve results.

About You:

  • Experienced & commercially sharp (3 - 5 PQE): Solid track record in personal injury with the confidence to run your own caseload.
  • Strong communicator: Able to explain issues clearly and manage expectations while keeping cases moving.
  • Team player: Committed to client service and to working as part of a supportive and ambitious team.
