The Role:

You'll take ownership of complex Personal Injury claims, lead on strategy, and play a key role in mentoring others and developing the team's expertise.

• Manage high-value and catastrophic injury cases including brain, spinal, and fatal accident claims.
• Lead settlement negotiations and collaborate with senior lawyers to refine litigation strategy.
• Work closely with medical professionals, barristers, insurers, and rehabilitation providers to secure the best outcomes for clients.
• Use advanced tools such as Proclaim case management and digital reporting systems to ensure precision and efficiency.
• Contribute to departmental development through mentoring, process improvements, and client relationship building.

Who We're Looking For:

The firm is seeking a confident, strategic litigator with deep expertise in complex Personal Injury matters and the ability to lead on serious cases independently.

• Qualified solicitor (England & Wales) with strong experience in Personal Injury litigation.
• Fluency in both Romanian and English, with proven ability to advise clients in both languages.
• Demonstrated success managing complex, high-value claims through to settlement or trial.
• Skilled negotiator with sound judgement, commercial awareness, and leadership ability.
• Collaborative mindset, with a genuine interest in mentoring and team development.
