Associate, Personal Injury - English/Romanian Speaker (Osbornes Law) - Henderson Scott

The Role:
You'll take ownership of complex Personal Injury claims, lead on strategy, and play a key role in mentoring others and developing the team's expertise.
- Manage high-value and catastrophic injury cases including brain, spinal, and fatal accident claims.
- Lead settlement negotiations and collaborate with senior lawyers to refine litigation strategy.
- Work closely with medical professionals, barristers, insurers, and rehabilitation providers to secure the best outcomes for clients.
- Use advanced tools such as Proclaim case management and digital reporting systems to ensure precision and efficiency.
- Contribute to departmental development through mentoring, process improvements, and client relationship building.
Who We're Looking For:
The firm is seeking a confident, strategic litigator with deep expertise in complex Personal Injury matters and the ability to lead on serious cases independently.
- Qualified solicitor (England & Wales) with strong experience in Personal Injury litigation.
- Fluency in both Romanian and English, with proven ability to advise clients in both languages.
- Demonstrated success managing complex, high-value claims through to settlement or trial.
- Skilled negotiator with sound judgement, commercial awareness, and leadership ability.
- Collaborative mindset, with a genuine interest in mentoring and team development.
