Residential Solicitor

As a Residential Solicitor, you will manage a busy caseload of new build property transactions alongside wider residential conveyancing matters. You'll collaborate with experienced colleagues who share knowledge and support one another to deliver an exceptional client experience.
Your day-to-day will include:

• Manage a busy caseload of residential property matters, with a strong focus on new build purchases
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and related legal documents
• Liaise with clients, developers, lenders, and other solicitors to progress transactions smoothly
• Carry out title checks, searches, and all necessary due diligence to ensure compliance and accuracy

We're Looking For:

• Qualified Solicitor NQ+
• Proven background in handling new build transactions
• Strong attention to detail and confident communication skills
• Ability to manage a busy caseload independently and meet deadlines
• A team-focused approach with a commitment to excellent client service
