Our client are seeking a Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive (newly qualified to 3 years PQE) to join their expanding Private Client team at the Ashford office. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a progressive and supportive legal practice that values professional development and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage your own caseload involving Wills, probate, and tax matters.
• Draft legal documents with a high level of accuracy.
• Provide clear, empathetic advice to clients, often during sensitive times.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues across the firm.

Requirements:

• NQ to 3 years PQE with demonstrable experience in Wills, probate, and basic tax planning.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• A proactive and professional team player.
