Non‑Contentious Construction Solicitor (3-4 PQE)

A leading international law firm is seeking a 3-4 PQE Non‑Contentious Construction Solicitor to join its highly respected construction practice in London.

The Role

The successful candidate will work across high‑value UK development projects, supporting major developers, investors and occupiers on all aspects of front‑end construction. The role includes:

• Drafting and negotiating building contracts, professional appointments and collateral warranties
• Advising on construction elements of development agreements, agreements for lease and funding arrangements
• Supporting large office, mixed‑use, residential, logistics and student accommodation schemes
• Providing procurement advice across traditional, D&B, construction management and other routes

This position offers early responsibility, strong client exposure and the opportunity to work on some of London's most high‑profile real estate developments.

About You

• 3-4 years' post‑qualification experience in non‑contentious construction
• Strong drafting skills and a solid understanding of construction procurement and contract structures
• Experience with JCT and other major standard‑form contracts
• Confident managing workstreams and collaborating with real estate, finance and corporate teams
• A commercially minded, proactive and personable approach
