As an Account Manager focused on new business development, you will play a critical role in driving growth, building strong relationships, and shaping the company's presence in the UK market.

The role

  • 🔍 Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the UK insurance sector
  • 🤝 Engaging with senior decision-makers through in-person and virtual meetings

  • 💼 Owning the full sales cycle - from lead generation and pitching to negotiation and close

  • 🧠 Building trusted relationships and positioning tailored solutions that meet client needs

  • 🌐 Representing the company at events, conferences, and networking forums

  • 🤝 Collaborating with marketing, product, and leadership teams to craft winning strategies

What You'll Bring

  • ✅ A track record of B2B sales success, ideally in tech, SaaS, or professional services

  • ✅ A proactive, organised, and results-driven approach to business development

  • ✅ Comfortable using tools like Salesforce, Zoom, Teams, and other modern sales tech
