The Role
As a Senior Associate in the New Build Residential Real Estate team, you will be responsible for managing your own caseload, supervising junior fee-earners, and delivering excellent client service across a range of residential development matters.
Responsibilities:
- Acting for residential property developers and plot purchasers
- Drafting and negotiating leases, agreements for lease, and replies to enquiries
- Managing transactions from instruction through to post-completion
- Handling time-sensitive matters and working to tight deadlines
- Supporting and mentoring junior team members
- Engaging in business development to maintain and grow key client relationships
Candidate Profile
We're looking for a confident and experienced solicitor who can demonstrate:
- Qualification as a solicitor in England & Wales
- Strong experience in new build / off-plan residential real estate
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to work under pressure and manage a busy caseload
- Supervisory experience with junior staff or trainees
- Commercial awareness and interest in business development
Location & Flexibility
- Hybrid working pattern - 2 days in Central London office, 3 days remote
