The Role


As a Senior Associate in the New Build Residential Real Estate team, you will be responsible for managing your own caseload, supervising junior fee-earners, and delivering excellent client service across a range of residential development matters.

Responsibilities:

  • Acting for residential property developers and plot purchasers
  • Drafting and negotiating leases, agreements for lease, and replies to enquiries
  • Managing transactions from instruction through to post-completion
  • Handling time-sensitive matters and working to tight deadlines
  • Supporting and mentoring junior team members
  • Engaging in business development to maintain and grow key client relationships

Candidate Profile


We're looking for a confident and experienced solicitor who can demonstrate:

  • Qualification as a solicitor in England & Wales
  • Strong experience in new build / off-plan residential real estate
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven ability to work under pressure and manage a busy caseload
  • Supervisory experience with junior staff or trainees
  • Commercial awareness and interest in business development

Location & Flexibility

  • Hybrid working pattern - 2 days in Central London office, 3 days remote
