The Role:
As a Sales Consultant, you'll play a key role in building and maintaining relationships with both new and existing clients. You'll be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, securing new clients, and ensuring a high level of service to our clients throughout the recruitment process. Your goal is to drive sales through strategic business development, networking, and delivering tailored recruitment solutions to meet client needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through research, outreach, and networking.
- Develop and manage relationships with clients, understanding their recruitment needs and delivering tailored solutions.
- Conduct regular client meetings, both in-person and virtually, to build rapport and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals, ensuring that all terms and conditions are mutually beneficial.
- Collaborate with recruitment consultants to provide exceptional service to clients and candidates.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs, demonstrating a strong commitment to achieving results.
- Maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities and effectively manage your client portfolio.
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience in a sales or business development role, ideally within recruitment or a related industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of recruitment processes is a plus, but not essential.
- A positive, resilient mindset with a passion for delivering outstanding service.
