An elite US law firm is seeking outstanding mid-level M&A associates (3-5 PQE) to join its market-leading Corporate/M&A practice in London. This is a unique opportunity to operate at the highest level of transactional work, advising on some of the most high-profile and complex deals across Europe and beyond.

The Role:

• Advise on headline-making M&A transactions, with a particular focus on private equity and M&A
• Lead key workstreams and coordinate across global offices and specialist teams
• Work with an elite client base that includes top-tier sponsors, corporates, and financial institutions
• Be a central part of deal teams driving innovation and commercial strategy

About You:

• England & Wales qualified with 2-6 years' PQE from a leading US, Magic Circle, or top-tier international firm
• Significant experience in complex M&A transactions, ideally with private equity exposure
• Technically strong, with exceptional drafting and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated and commercially astute, with a proactive, client-facing mindset
