Mid-Level Employment Associate

Join a top‑tier, international employment practice that's trusted by major corporates, funds and financial institutions on their most complex workforce issues and disputes.

The Role

You'll work across a genuinely balanced mix of contentious and non‑contentious matters (roughly 50/50) for primarily employer‑side clients, from global brands to scaling tech and digital businesses.

You'll get involved in:

• Tribunal & High Court litigation, including team moves and restrictive covenant litigation
• Day‑to‑day advisory: grievance/disciplinary, performance, DE&I, IR and works councils
• Corporate support on M&A: due diligence, warranties/indemnities, post‑completion integration
• Strategic workforce projects: restructures, collective redundancies, and reorganisations
• TUPE, business transfers and outsourcings (UK and cross‑border)
• Executive hires/exits and sensitive investigations with senior stakeholder exposure
• International projects, collaborating across Corporate, Litigation, Data, and other teams

Requirements (What You'll Bring)

• Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales), 4-6 PQE with strong employer‑side experience
• Track record running matters with limited supervision and managing budgets/standards
• Exposure to restructures, collective consultations, TUPE and corporate transactions
• Comfortable supporting M&A (DD, W&I, integration plans)
• Willing to represent the team at BD/events and help build the practice
