The Role

You'll step into a strong pipeline of respondent work, handling the full spectrum of employment matters, and you'll enjoy autonomy, visibility, and meaningful involvement from day one.

Your work will include:

• Managing a mix of contentious matters including complex grievances, disciplinaries, investigations, and tribunal claims (with real advocacy opportunities if you enjoy them).
• Advising on non‑contentious matters such as contracts, policies, handbooks, and day‑to‑day HR queries.
• Supporting on reorganisations, redundancies, and TUPE projects for SME and international clients.
• Taking ownership of client relationships and becoming a trusted advisor-not just a technical lawyer.
• Playing a key role in shaping team initiatives, knowledge sharing, and occasionally supervising juniors when appropriate.
