About this role

We're looking for a hands-on Microsoft 365 Engineer to support and enhance a large enterprise M365 environment during a major Digital Workplace transformation.

This is a technical engineering + 3rd line support role focused on maintaining platform stability while delivering key initiatives including M365 platform improvements, Teams collaboration enhancements, and Copilot enablement.

Role focus

  • 2nd / 3rd line support across Microsoft 365

  • Engineering & administration: Teams, SharePoint Online, Exchange Online, OneDrive

  • Support M365 platform change, upgrades & migrations

  • Power Platform support (Power Apps / Power Automate governance)

  • Maintain tenant stability, performance & service continuity

Required experience

  • Strong hands-on Microsoft 365 engineering in enterprise environments

  • Deep expertise across Teams, SharePoint Online, Exchange Online, OneDrive

  • Strong troubleshooting / 3rd line support capability

  • Experience supporting M365 transformation / migrations

  • Power Platform administration & governance

Nice to have: Copilot, Entra ID / Azure AD, M365 Security & Compliance, large complex environments.
