• Advising public and private companies on share plans, management incentives, bonus arrangements, and governance
• Supporting corporate transactions, IPOs, and restructurings with tailored incentive solutions
• Leading on employment tax, PAYE/NIC, and cross-border issues
• Working with financial services clients on regulatory remuneration frameworks
• Supervising junior lawyers and collaborating across departments
