  • Dealing with rent arrears recovery, housing disrepair claims, and tenancy deposit disputes
  • Representing both landlords and tenants in contentious matters
  • Drafting and reviewing legal documentation and negotiating settlements
  • Supervising and mentoring junior fee earners where required
  • Delivering high-quality client care with clear, practical legal advice
  • Ensuring compliance with SRA standards and regulatory requirements
  • Keeping up to date with developments in housing law and litigation procedure

Candidate Requirements

  • Qualified Solicitor in England and Wales with a current practising certificate
  • Approximately 3+ years PQE in landlord and tenant law or property litigation (guideline only)
  • Strong technical knowledge of housing law and litigation processes
  • Experience managing a caseload independently with minimal supervision
  • Previous supervisory or mentoring experience is highly desirable
  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills
  • Strong organisational ability and commercial awareness
  • Confidence using legal case management systems and remote working tools
  • Experience in employment law or wider dispute resolution is advantageous but not essential

What's on Offer

  • Competitive salary, dependent on experience
  • Highly generous bonus scheme, paid weekly and monthly and linked to performance
  • Annual salary increases based on performance
  • Hybrid working with excellent work-life balance
  • Clear and structured career progression routes as the firm continues to grow
  • Ongoing training, mentoring, and professional development
  • Supportive and collaborative team culture
  • High-quality work with a strong and varied client base
